Platform Usage for Malaysian Members

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and digi28 ("Platform", "We", "digi28") governing your use of all services, products, and features provided through the digi28 platform, accessible at https://digi28.bet and the official digi28 mobile application.

Digi28 is a licensed online sports betting and casino gaming platform that provides a wide range of digital entertainment services to eligible Malaysian users, including live sports betting, pre-match betting, Live Casino games, slots, online poker, and more. This Agreement governs the entire relationship between you and digi28 from the date of account registration until the account is closed.

Digi28 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes take effect as soon as they are published on the digi28 platform. Your continued use of the digi28 platform following the publication of such changes constitutes your agreement to be bound by the updated version of this Agreement.

2. Member Eligibility

To use digi28's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Being located in a jurisdiction that permits the use of online betting services.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not currently on the self-exclusion list of any betting platform.
• Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or proxy for any third party.

Digi28 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Should it be established that a member registered using false information regarding their age or identity, digi28 reserves the right to close the account immediately and freeze all funds held within it.

3. Account Registration

Each user is permitted to register and hold only one (1) digi28 account only. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of all funds therein.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name as per your identification card, date of birth, active Malaysian mobile number, valid email address, and preferred payment method. digi28 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all information provided at any time through the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

3.2 Password Security

You are solely responsible for choosing a strong password and keeping it confidential. digi28 recommends using a password of at least 8 characters, combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Never share your password with anyone, including digi28 staff — our support team will never ask for your password.

3.3 Account Verification

Digi28 reserves the right to request account verification before processing a first withdrawal, or at any time deemed necessary. The verification process may require a copy of your identity card, a utility bill or recent bank statement as proof of address, and any other relevant supporting documents.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the name of the same digi28 member. digi28 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Daily and monthly deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification level. digi28 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, some payment providers may impose their own charges.

5. Withdrawals

Digi28 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests within the stipulated timeframe. Withdrawals will be processed to the same account or wallet used for the deposit, in accordance with digi28's anti-money laundering policy.

5.1 Withdrawal Terms

• The account must have completed the full KYC verification process.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50.
• Any active bonus must meet the wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–24 working hours depending on the payment method.
• Digi28 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000.

5.2 Withdrawal Rejection

6.2 Bonus Abuse Policy

Any attempt to abuse the digi28 bonus system — including opening multiple accounts to claim new bonuses, matched betting intended to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, or any other form of promotional exploitation — is strictly prohibited. digi28 reserves the right to void bonuses and close any accounts found to be engaged in such abuse.

7. Betting Rules

All betting activity on the digi28 platform is subject to the following rules:

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled by members.
• Digi28 reserves the right to void or reject any bet placed on incorrect odds resulting from a technical or human error.
• The official decision of the relevant competition organiser or league body will be used to determine bet outcomes.
• In the event of a dispute over a result, digi28's decision shall be final following an internal review.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each market are stated on the respective betting page.
• Digi28 reserves the right to restrict specific accounts or markets at our sole discretion.

For sports matches that are postponed, cancelled, or not completed within the stipulated time, digi28 will follow the bet settlement rules outlined in the "Sports Rules" section of our platform. Members are advised to review the relevant sports rules before placing bets in each sports category.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the digi28 platform:

• The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised mechanism to access or operate the digi28 platform.
• Money laundering or financing of illegal activities using the digi28 platform.
• Fraud, identity theft, or providing false information during the registration or KYC verification process.
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities on the digi28 platform.
• Match fixing or any attempt to influence the outcome of a sporting event.
• Using a digi28 account for commercial purposes or placing bets on behalf of another person.
• Any attempt to upload or distribute malicious code or to carry out a cyber attack against digi28's infrastructure.

9. Account Closure & Suspension

Digi28 reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or close the account of any member without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the member has violated any of the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.

9.1 Closure by Member

If you wish to close your digi28 account voluntarily, please contact our customer support team via live chat or email at support@digi28.bet. Prior to closure, all active bets will be settled and any eligible balance will be returned to you via your original payment method.

9.2 Consequences of Closure

Once an account is closed, all bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements will be forfeited. Any valid cash balance will be refunded, subject to the deduction of applicable fees and the outcome of any investigations that may be ongoing at the time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, digi28 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from or in connection with the use of the digi28 platform, including but not limited to:

• Service interruptions, technical delays, or system failures beyond digi28's control.
